AS76 with PBS

AS76 with PBS is SigTuple's AI-powered automated blood morphology analyzer that combines digital microscopy with edge-AI computing to automate peripheral blood smear examination. The system captures oil-immersion 100X microscopic images, automatically identifies monolayer regions, and uses deep learning models to pre-classify white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets across more than 30 cell types. It performs automated 200-cell leukocyte differentials, evaluates over 2,000 RBCs using ICSH grading standards, and estimates platelet counts from ten 100X fields. The analyzer processes up to 12 slides per hour using a 6-slide tray system with load-and-walkaway scanning, generating AI-assisted reports for pathologist validation without requiring internet connectivity.
