Nexus is Yellow.ai's Universal Agentic Interface that shifts enterprise AI automation from tool-dependent platforms to autonomous AI-driven execution. It operates through three pillars: Eyes (analyzes hundreds of thousands of conversations across channels to identify patterns and build a living business model), Hands (converts natural language descriptions into automated workflows, generating UIs and connecting systems without manual configuration), and Autonomy (stress-tests workflows against simulated scenarios, identifies vulnerabilities, and implements fixes before requiring human approval). The platform uses a multi-agent architecture with specialized personas including a Strategist for business modeling, an Architect for workflow construction, a QA Engineer that spawns thousands of virtual users for stress-testing, and a Mechanic for automated root cause analysis and repair.
