Tennr Platform (with RaeLM)

Tennr Platform is an end-to-end patient intake automation system built on RaeLM, a proprietary vision-language model trained on millions of anonymized healthcare documents. The platform ingests referrals via fax, email, and e-portal into a universal inbox, then automatically classifies, extracts structured data, creates patient charts, and routes information to workflows. It includes Triage VLM for document classification at over 96% accuracy, Multi Patient for splitting multi-patient documents, THCE for mapping clinical narratives to ICD/HCPCS/CPT codes, and QLM for assessing payor authorization criteria. The system features human-in-the-loop approval workflows with a 97% auto-approval rate.
