Tines Workbench is an AI chat interface that combines generative AI with the Tines workflow automation platform, enabling teams to access proprietary data and take action in real time without context-switching. It enriches AI responses with live data pulled from connected enterprise systems via API, allowing users to investigate alerts, triage phishing emails, manage cases, and trigger workflows directly from a conversational interface. The platform connects to over 100 tools including CrowdStrike, Okta, Jira, ServiceNow, and AWS, with all interactions running within a secure architecture where data is not logged and never used for model training. Built-in controls include role-based access, confirmation prompts, and full audit logging.
