WINGS is Wipro's Operations AI platform under Wipro Intelligence that converts IT maintenance, support, and business processes into autonomous, self-healing services. It embeds intelligent agents that learn from every interaction, transferring knowledge from people to machines and resolving issues automatically or with human-in-the-loop fallback. The platform provides persona-based dashboards, real-time context-aware issue enrichment from multiple data sources, and multilingual voice and chat self-service.
